damage + 15%

armour penetration +20% ( 20% chance)

Merchant the Zodiac staff, the req is too high and it only contains one modifier (ie the HSR 10%), most people who buy staves want the HSR and HCT.

No idea on the other two, get more opinions.

Next time you should edit your first post (the mods are fairly serious about the rules within the trade section, and they are quite handy with the ban stick)

Id say about 20k for that staff... it does have 2 mods and for casters, not many attributes are too high.

Know nothing about the other 2, I don't have factions but I can guess for you!
