Specifically: Both are under max for the req and the other is strength and pretty useless because strength is warrior specific. Anyone using that for the armor benefit would want that in tactics. Merchant both.

max shields str normally fetch more than tactics, but for non-max shields tactics will fetch more.
id go with tooburns. but put the 1st one into a sale thread and just see if you get any bids, you could squeeze a couple plat. |
