Can some one please tell me if this Wand can be enhanced (from Phophesies)
and what's it worth

It cannot be upgrade, no .. just sell it to a merchant. Utterly worthless.

What exactly are the rules governing the upgrading of wands and foci with a suffix?

I wanted to add a "Wand Wrapping of Memory" to a collector "Holy Wand" with one mod, but it didn't "stick" when I try to apply it.

What then about my plan to also upgrade a "Divine Symbol" with two mods? A focus core of Aptitude should add a suffix, making a Divine Symbol of Aptitude, right? <shrug>. TIA
