Default Hall of heroes places...

k, so there WERE three places to enter the hall of heroes... the tomb of primeval kings, and now there's heroe's ascent, and then there are the tombs of drascir.

ToPK is now occupied by the darkness.... i was wondering if the darkness would ever be expelled.....

also there are the Tombs of Drascir, but those are deep inside Charr territory, so they are out of the question.

my main question for this, was if anyone thought they would do anything with ToPk, and the darkness that have been defeated god knows how many times already =_=

First off, I'm confused as to exactly what you're asking, TC. Please clarify.

The Tombs of Drascir are not technically in the game, they are part of the Lore. Somewhere it elaborates that the Tombs of Drascir are the burial places of the Ascalonian Kings, and could, theoretically be used to enter the Halls, but they're deep within Charr controlled territory and unreachable in the game. Also, with the introduction of the Battle Isles, it's unlikely we will ever set foot in the Tombs of Drascir.

That would require an update to the area. Lore-wise it would be fun, but you'd lose the actual area, which some people (I assume) would be upset by.

it's a conflict beyond continuing certain aspects of the lore, and updating phrophecies. I'm pretty sure Anet has stated there will be no more major updates for the first campaign, so it isn't going to happen.

Well, it would be nice, but that would be like turning the Jade Sea to water again because people beat Shiro. It's not realistic in a game like GW.

Actually somewhere in the game it is said its unclear if there is a difference between Drascir and ToPK. Somehow it could represent the same place.

On the other hand, the manual speaks about the 'northern territories' which might be the clue for Chapter 4. In that case, we might see Drascir someday.
