I agree with your sentiment about prices involving priceless relics; they are priceless for a reason. But I must confess I disagree with your assessment of the Serpent Axe in question. It's adequacy is rarely equaled or surpassed. Being that it is the skin that it is, with the requirement that it has, the fact that it is 1% off of perfection is rather unimportant; at least in my eyes.

Now, those are my two cents, and though they are more inadequate than the axe above in question, they are still my two cents. Not at the same level or adequacy of your two cents perhaps, but none the less, one cannot disregard the obvious "leetness" of an r8 Serpent axe with an unconditional mod.
