Anyone know the mix to make a really nice red for Shadow Shields? Plain red dye looks rather... purple in appearance.

For some reason Red+Purple+Green is flashing in my head. If you have the quid lying around, try it.

Sorry Vahn about not testing that dye, I had computer troubles yesterday and still some glitches today. I'll try to get that done as soon as everything is back to normal again

I looked at the Necro 8k Scars 2 dye-mix chart - and I've noticed that well... it's not worth dying because it's not even noticable...

Anyways I was wondering if anyone has actually tried 3 or more dye-mixes and have it turn out well... ??

I have made many 4-dye mixes I like to think are sucessful, I liked the way they turned out anyway. What are you looking for?

Hi Vahn,

Well I'm mainly referring to the 15k Necros set... the chart (the 2 dye mix, 15k Necro Scars one) provided in this thread all looks black to me... the scar itself doesn't seem to change in colour per mix o.o

I'm referring to the 15k set only... I know the Drok's set dyes well...

Yeah, last time I checked, 15k Scars aren't really effected by dye. But I have noticed that on the darker skinned necros, dying them silver gives them a slight and very thin silver outline.

For those thinking about dying their Bronze Shield, well, it dyes like Magmas and Shadow shields; only a specific area on the shield gets dyed.
Here's an example:

Used a Green+Blue combo dye.

Fezz, if the dye traders get their supply back (they were out of red last I checked), I may do the pics for an assassin armor and send it over you, so people at least have an idea of how assassins dye. I also have pics for a water wand dye chart that I'll send over with them.

Just to let you know, theres a guy with new monk obsidian ascetic armor and it wont dye like my guide or your guide. they seem to have changed the formula.

If either of you guys or community members are willing to do a dye guide for the new monk obsidian armors, new owners of monk fow would appreciate it!

Does anyone know how to make a light pink color for female assassins. I tryed 2 reds and 1 silver, but that was too dark and wasn't really pink. Maybe a mix that has 3 silvers and 1 red.

RSS or RSSS would be my guess, although the assassin armor red is pretty light as is. If that doesn't work, you could try throwing in other colors to see what happens (red+purple+silver?).
