has anyone found a thread / infosource that describes all or most bonusmissions?
i have been looking for it, but never found it.

You forgot the Southern Shiverpeaks one.

As for a bonus mission list, I'd refer to Photic's site, it seems that bonuses up to and including Southern Shiverpeaks have been discussed in this last two issues:

June 2005 Issue

I'd cross-reference this with the mission bonus FAQ in GameFAQs.com, which I can't link to due to their external linking rules. That has all the bonuses, but I'm not sure if all are correct.

and you might want to consider some structure here. like, for instance, alphabetical?

This is the only thread that is kept up to date for this purpose.
