I would say that the assumption that all green items are perfect are incorrect, as some of the wands have +3 energy while enchant/above 50, and +5 is the maximum.

With "perfect" I mean that they are max damage and have the max possible BASIC energy bonus (+10 on a staff, +12 on a focus item).

This isnt quite true. When i was travelling Citadel to Sorrows; just outside the Citadel ordinary ice golem dropped green bow to my friend. Too bad that i didnt took picture. Bug or something?

Odd. Thanks for the info.
Wish there was a screenshot of it.

Do the missions, kill the bosses. It's really that simple. I find that the average for me seems to be one green every 20 or so bosses (might even be more bosses than that).

I dont know if you already were corrected, but it appers as if you CANT custimize the green weapons, or maybe its changed since you posted , or maybe my game is bugged

I customised Gorrel's Staff for my mesmer. This was a few days ago...there shouldn't be any reason why you cannot customise as that would make green weapons quite useless.

Look at the upper-right-hand corner of the keyboard. Press "Print Scrn" or the equivalent. There will be a green message in the message box telling you where the image is saved.

Also, pressing Shift + Print Scrn takes a screenshot without the text and everything, although that's probably what you don't want with taking screenshots of weapons and such.
