Guild Wars Material Spreadsheet (Speeding up the material selling process)
Hi,
I do a lot of PVE so I often get salvage items which I salvage for common and rare materials. These materials build up in my storage over time until eventually I have more than the material tab can hold (250), because of this, I have to use precious storage space, storing hundreds of materials.
When I can be bothered, I advertise that I have materials for sale and people PM me asking things like "How much would it cost for 210 Tanned Hide Squares, 50 Iron Ingots and 27 Bolts of Silk?". I first have to see how much the rare and common Material Traders sell these materials for (so I can offer the customer a fair price. Then I have to minimize Guild Wars and use the Windows calculator to work out how much all this will cost the customer. I hated this process because it wastes not only my time, but the customers time too. I designed a small, simple spreadsheet to aid me in selling materials, It does most of the work for me.
Guild Wars Material Sheet
Guild Wars Material Sheet (If you don't have the latest version of Microsoft Excel)
I don't know if anyone cares, but it's useful to me so I thought I would share it with you all.

well tbh i don't bother with materials. once i hit a stack of something i merc it (not vend, MERC). pennies and dimes are of no consequence to me and i'd rather go after the bigger sells. anyways, if you have it, use a cell phone calculator. it'll take you at most 10 seconds to access it and get the price.

But if you have a person who wants to buy multiple materials from you, you have to manually add the prices up with a calculator, remember the prices for each material, then add all those up to come to a total. Also you have to visit the material trader and do calculations there too.
I don't know about anyone else, but this spreadsheet saves me alot of time.
