GW Launcher
It's an application, which has some useful stuff at hand before/while playing GW. Originally, it was made for myself, but as I added other features, I decided to publish it. Publish it, but not the original.
So I started reworking it. Adding some new features, removed others (that 99,95% of people will never use), introduced some design, etc.
I consider this a stable and working version (so not beta anymore), but I'd not say it's complete. I'll continue developing it, if people are interested using it.
You can download it from http://gwlaunch.funpic.org/setup.exe
It's written in C#, making .NET Framework a prerequisite. Don't worry, though, the installer will handle prerequisite downloads, and automatic updates too. (Shortcuts are made to Desktop and Guild Wars' folder in Start Menu)
As I said, it's not complete. So if you like it, and you'd like to see any further function/feature/whatever, just write it here, and I'll try to implement it. Development will only continue if you are interested. Otherwise, it'd be useless to work with this.

On top of that please include a list of functions and I would like to remind everyone that this stuff can include very easy ways to hack your info since it launches another program into be careful (even if it is from a trusted member.)

I don't like the idea that it starts automatic updates, for all I know you could just put malware on one of the updates, couldn't you just upload the new versions onto some website and we can download it there?
PS: VBA came up with this:suspected of Win32.BrokenEmbeddedSignature (paranoid heuristics) Is that a false positive?

I actually visited the given website with a secure (non-MS) system. The site gives zero information about what the program is supposed to do, claims that it's published by 'Guild Wars' and gives a link to 'Guild Wars Customer Support' that points back to the site itself.
I'm not buying it.

Sorry that I couldn't reply in the past, but my PC broke down. So...
(A) Here's screenshot:
(B) Considering that you don't trust this software, I removed the login data handler, so it's now impossible to auto-login when you start GW.
(C) The unuseful website is the auto-generated index.html of .NET ClickOnce so basically you can ignore it. Also removed the link to itself from the bottom. You could use that page to install the application without executin setup.exe if you would have a proper browser. (So FF won't handle it just as IE6)

You really need to post a list of features detailing what exactly your application does.

Well, check the screenshot, every function has a button or something.

So your application does the following:
1. Provides a gui to launch Guild Wars with specific command line switches depending on the button you press.
2. Opens a web browser to specific pages relating to Guild Wars, performs a search on "wiki," or searches for "builds" on an undefined site(presumably PvXWiki).
3. Installer downloads additional, unspecified software.
4. Updates automatically.
5. Previously contained an auto-login feature, supposedly removed.
Does that sum it up? Did I leave anything out? Why have you not simply stated that previously?

You're right, it's really PvXwiki. I wanted a meta-search, but it's hard to make, so I suspended it.
And for the installer... Well, it's written in C#, what means it requires a .NET Framework to run. So the installer checks whether you have one on your computer, and if not, it downloads .NET 3.5 SP1. but it can be downloaded manually from Microsoft, and setup.exe won't bother you with things like that.
I also updated the application with a timer. You can set up an interval in seconds, and each time it's passed, a beep will sound. It will continue until you stop it, making it perfect for reminders. Like for drinking another Aged Dwarven Ale

still seems a bit odd that you still won't post a list of features and we have to rely on a post that someone had to infer from your screenshot. if you really want to get this out, you're probably going to need to post the source code so people can tell there's not some malware in there.
if your installer is downloading software (.NET 3.5 SP1) without notifying the user, seems like your program is acting like a trojan horse.

hmm claiming to be an anet programmer . .. if you're actually a programmer, it should be fairly simple to make your own program that pops up the same buttons on his display and to do what's stated.

Hey I never said it's unnoticed. It even displays the end user licence agreement of .NET... Who the hell said it's unnoticed.
Feature list, then:
-Run GW (windowed or full screen)
-Update
-Compatibility mode with older PCs and MCEs
-performance monitor (built-in of GW)
-Diagnostics
-Defrag/Repair GW.dat
-Wiki and build search
-links (placeholder really, they aren't very useful)
-and from the latest update, a timer which beeps in every XX seconds (ideal for drinking)
And I repeat: the installation of .NET isn't unnoticed at all. You have to confirm that you install .NET and you must accept its EULA. Or is it counts as unnoticed?

Read his post again. He's not an "Anet programmer", he's a " .NET programmer"...
