in reply to how i use troll ungent i use it as anti degen, since im standing behind a wall only damage i recieve is bane, burn and degen, i got ether for bane and burn, then ungent takes care of degen...i rarely die when i charr hunt as i hate the run back to them so i just make sure my health is never below 50%, if it gets to like 100health ill do one last ungent cast, ether, turn my ass and run

i find it quite useful...plus i like my bear

just found my old post from ages ago, man takes me back... the title doesn't really mean anything to me, I did it to accomplish something else and that was to further go where only one or two had gone before, when I made 20 was the most Rare of the Rare now I go to pre for calm areas visitation with friends, I had about 20 players there to wittness and it was a great celebration, and most of them are still in pre loving every minute of it like me

They can nerf the title all they want I won't care, I love to come to Pre--great scenery, good music, fight charr with friends, it's way more enjoyable of a game then post.....we all know what i'm talking about with the crying griping and namecalling on ts/vent/ect. pvp pve it's all good but some a-hole allways messes things up. In pre everything is perfect nice and calm a place where anyone can come to hang out chit chat and enjoy the atmosphere

I hope everyone can take my adivce and come here to relax, and feel free to drop me a line, i'll be one of the future many with the LDOA title

AARGRGRG!!!!
im very angry atm, I just spent 30 mins trying to pull a patrol group back to the the res shrine...groups from the first set of charr and then trying the 3 that patrol in front of the shrine...however i quit after getting frustrated.

They will pull a little ways then will aggro back ..so I shoot my longbow and re aggro them . repeat once or twice and they will follow without too much hassle....then the groups will get to some point and will simply not go beyond on. Ill reaggro over and over and they will never pull beyond a point...i try tons of different things, let them wail on me for a bit but nothing will work.
I was talking to a level 20 earlier today and he showed me how to do it ... and he had no problem doing it ... he pulled, they chased , if they lost aggro he shot his bow and they reaggroed , and he only had to do it 4-5 times to get it all the way back to the res shrine ... no problems. He didnt do anything odd that i noticed so i have no idea why the charr are not aggroing well for me.
This may sound bleak but i did manage to get one group back to the shrine earlier today. took about 15 mins of pulling and re pulling to try to get them beyond some points, then about 30 more mins to get them to attack the NPCs at the shrine(they kept running away once they took some dmg from NPCs) ... so I got to death level 1 charr group. But it took a ton of effort and annoyance.

Please help me out, how did the level 20 pull with ease and i am having so much trouble.

Feel free to pm me

One reason why i dont level the charr Its too much hassle for me, and I dont have the time to keep rearggroing a group of charr back to the rez portal. Eh Ill think about it someday..maybe when I turn lvl 18 ill turn to lvling charr

You can get an easy 15%+ per day from Charr, it's well worth the hassle IMO.

Sword, I have no idea whats wrong, do you have a pet?

Okay I have 1 question. Does the patrol depend on the spawn? Meaning you may have to re-zone many times untill you get a good spawn? Cuz I've been waiting around for like over an hour and no patrol or anything has come. Closest char are the ones by the broken down house which I've tried over and over with no sucsess in pulling....

I guess I might as well tell. The patrols around the Boss area will follow you but you have to follow them when they break away. It's a kind of one step forward, 2 steps back thing

well u can do survivor but unless u have people that will help u then ur pretty much henching everything. Also if u die, thats it, you have to start all over. With LDOA it just takes more time but u can't really lose it. Plus u meet alot of cool people

If you tend to stay in pre, get the LDoA title. If you're going to the post then get the Survivor title. If you get lucky, you might hit the next level of survivor titles which are the following:

Survivor Title
Survivor - 140,600 experience gained without dying.
Indomitable Survivor - 587,500 experience gained without dying.
Legendary Survivor - 1,337,500 experience gained without dying.

Good Luck
