Here's what I did:
I farmed Kilroy and used the money to buy Kath hammers. Then I got run to the entrance where I cashed them in. I found that it worked pretty well. It's a good way to minimize costs but still progress pretty quickly.
Also, I would recommend NM unless you have an assassin secondary or are an assassin primary. Otherwise, it's too hard to inflict damage.

Not to me. I used scrolls so in reality it was only about 1.5 hours after I got there that I got the title. Can't say that for Kilroy no matter what kind of scrolls you use.

Died at 1,25mil due to lag in Ahdashim. I mixed doing every quest in Factions and Nightfall(no RoT quests) with some rounds of boxing and getting heroes in EotN. Here we go again...

I've been farming Plains of Jarin in HM with my ritualist..SOS obviuosly and you do much more exp than Kilroy and stuff..Use a scroll, take bounties and you can kill Bosses too...

It's safe, easy and you get a lot of golds, i had an elite para tome from Hassyn the para boss, and like 10000 xp in few minutes. You can even vanquish the whole area, being careful not to aggroo too many mobs.

Just completed this today doing the N/A fastfoot farm. Using triple scrolls = 12kish experience each run, about 3 mins per run.

This is actually pretty quick and rewarding if you're using scrolls and doing it on a holiday. I've gotten lots of Birthday cupcakes here. No good drops though besides that. Did get one gold however.

It's fairly easy unless you're stupid. However, I am a warrior, so it takes a lot for me to get knocked down. I normally get knocked down at Irontoe or the boss before him. Other than that, it's basically spamming 6-4-3 and 2 to finish anything off. Oh, btw, spamming 1 does help actually. It doesn't end unless you use an attack SKILL. You attack a lot faster by normally attacking with the daggers rather than spamming 1, so it may be faster to build up adrenaline. I used this mainly on the Ettins, and it seems to kill them faster.

max survivor = 2-4 hours(from 0xp) on vaetirr with 30-40 Rampage scrolls(125g/ea)

if you can get it faster then that, you're cheating.

i got it in around 30 vaettir runs, i thought id be alot happier about it, but when i got it i said to myself..."eh" and logged off Q_Q

This is probably a stupid question, but how are you able to farm Vaettirs with a Warrior? "By Urals's Hammer" has been nerfed and the currently posted builds all rely on it. I thought a replacement might be Mark of Pain, but can't figure out a build that can use it due to energy problems. Mark of Pain only worked on Raptors for me because of the Asuran energy boost.

Suggestions?

Edit: Should also mention I added Ebon Battle Standard of Honor and it still doesn't seem like enough damage.

HM Raptor farming with +200% scrolls. Grants 20k exp every minute. Took me around 5 hours to obtain. (In and out)

Ya pretty much my reaction too. 1 Vaettir run is worth 60 x 700 xp = 42000xp with Slayer's scrolls, so 32 runs are needed. Each run is 5 or 6 minutes at most, so for a total cost of 12.8k (easily recovered with golds and dyes) and about 3 hours of time you get a really cheap fast max title.
