What version of Android are you using? Currently, it works with 2.0 and up. If you're on 1.6 you won't be able to see it. I can switch some stuff around to make it work in my next update.

You are correct, but this is a) local, no data usage and b) it's easier to find skills by searching by skill effects. I'm working on adding build creation, which isn't something you can do easily via the wiki.

Well it's not the first time guildwars becomes the topic of conversation when we're out with friends, it's handy to have something like this.

I don't take my pc to the doctor's office or the DMV, so this is great for those "waiting times" we all have. And the skill effects sort is great.

Updated the app and the first post. This update adds support for versions of Android 1.6 and lower, so Braxton619 should be able to find it now.
It also adds skill progression tables, which will be switched around and improved as time goes on. Note that these are only viewable for non-PvE only attributes, as they are on a different scale. They will be added in with future updates.
Build creation is next. Get excited.

Version 0.7 is now on the Market. This update mainly cleared up some things I wanted to get out of the way before working on builds. I've already started on that, and it's looking good. Stay tuned.

great app, I really like it, i study skills obsessively
for build creation, and code generation, if you can get it to generate the build code, what about just an option to email it to yourself to get at the code that way? just dropping that thought in if you're still working that part out. either way, even just being able to assign attributes and drop skills in would be nice to look at build synergy so i can spend my time in game actually playing.

At this point in time I am not able to make an iPhone version of the application. In order to develop for iPhone, there is a $99 / year fee that goes along with it, and I simply don't have the money for it.
In addition, I want to to get the Android version essentially "finished," that is, including both the skills reference and build creation. Once that is done I will look into iOS development again.

I wouldn't mind an app that could emulate what TightVNC does so I can play GW on my smartphone/ipod
This is a very nice app for theorycrafters though!

Hey, I really want to try your program, but my android device does not have the Android Market, only Amazon's Appstore. Is there anyway I can get the .apk so I can sideload it?

Build editing is now included in GWSR! Check the Android Market for v0.8 and tell me what you think! I'll also be updating the first post.

At this time I don't support the Amazon Appstore, but I might look into it as an alternative.
Also, what ROM are you running that you don't have the Android Market? If it's a custom ROM, I'd look into loading the Google apps, it's worth it.

I have considered it in the past, but at this time I am not able to make an iOS version only because I do not own a Mac. If I can get around that hurdle, the likelihood of an iOS version is significantly higher.
