Gotta say, I decided to finally make a guru account just to leave a comment.
As a fellow programmer, I have to say that this is simply awesome. Very clean, very clear. Just plain awesome. Good work

As I said some times before, updating the application is required before updating the skill database.

It's exactly two years since the release of paw·ned² in 2009 and because of this, I updated the English version to get the same features as the German, although it is missing features related to German-only web services.
csv.dll- Updated the description of condition-related upgrades to display the actual functionality.
design.dll- Changed logo from GW-Tactics to GWCom.
pawned2.exe- Removed vertical scrollbar from the skill updater.
- Added several features to support limited skill pools. This was once used for the paw·ned² codex arena mod, but is not in use anymore.
- Fixed a bug that caused attribute bonusses to sometimes be deleted upon assigning oneself to a character.
- Changed a lot of URLs, mostly because GW-Tactics isn't anymore. Additionally, I changed my homepage.
- Changed my name.
- Added the ability to allow access to the server to more than one internal version identifier. This feature is not currently in use.
- Added you·pawned, a feature somewhat similar to a YouTube (and some other service, which the name is a pun of) for builds. Since the web service connected to this feature is in German only, this feature is not available in the English version. German players who want to use it must use the German version.
- Added support for both, the old and the new version of Team Builder (Single) Player Builds (GPB). You can only import these and cannot save them. Therefore, you will be asked a file name when saving an imported GPB build.
- Removed FCD from the supported formats list.
- Fixed a bug that caused paw·ned² to not import files drag'n'dropped on the tab bar.
- Fixed a bug that caused team build skills to swap when clicking on a skill while a context menu is visible.
- Fixed a bug that caused the skill context menu to fail to update when opened while another context menu is visible.
- Fixed a bug that caused the application to display the wrong title track ranks at the end of skill description (the progression variables were not affected, only that italic text at the end).
- Fixed a bug that caused the application to fail updating the character slots created by loading a team build with more characters using the buttons below the skill list in team build mode.
- People who added German skill databases to their application and did not update them for a very long time will now again be able to update them.
- Added a dark team build screenshot design. You can enable it in the settings. The default setting will still be the white one.
- Changed the text in the upload window formerly saying it was downloading although it was uploading the screenshot.
- Tryed to fix some stuff related to the delete feature. Anyway, I did not fully achieve what I wanted, but it should still be easier now if you want to delete some more files.
- The application does now restore the last path even if it is more than two sub folder levels away from the root template path.
- Those Folders are now automatically expanded in the tree view.
- Changed some left-over GW-Tactics references to GWCom.
- Removed the skill icon caching feature from the menu since it was confusing people. There was no reason why one would have had to use it.
- Updated the fast casting mechanics.
- Updated the updater to work properly on a multi-user system.
- Fixed the formula for Spirit health.
- Fixed a bug that caused attribute bonusses to vanish when pasting an invalid template form the clipboard.
- Attribute bonussed are now retained when pasting a template of the same primary profession.
- Fixed a bug related to the checking feature for skill templates.
- Fixed a bug that caused the health and energy calculation to ignore off-hand items.
- Fixed a bug that caused the application to use the proxy username as the proxy IP adress.
- Added support for transparent HTTP proxies as well as SOCKS 4, 4a and 5.
- These four also support paw·ned² and Team Builder connections.
- Added proxy support to the screenshot upload feature.
- Attribute bonusses are transferred when opening a team build's skill template in a new tab. The attribute bonusses in the team build are updated when you click the save button of the skill template tab.
- Fixed a bug that caused attribute bonusses to not display when there were no normal ranks in that attribute.
- Attribute bonusses are now changed by scrolling out of bounds. This can be disable in the settings but is enabled by default.
- Greatly improved chat performance.
- The line limit and the corresponding settings were removed.
- Improved performance when loading a skill database. This also reduces the start-up time of paw·ned².
- Improved the start-up time once more.
- Fixed a bug that cause the application to still use proxys after the proxy settings were turned off.
- Removed 8 hidden non-functional features. This reduced the application's size by 70 KiB.
- Added the paw·ned² upload service as a much faster alternative to ImageShack.
- From now on, the size and position of the window is only saved when you close the application in restored state.
- Window state (restored or maximised) is now saved.
- Window size and position settings were reset.
- Removed some Easteregg introduced to critisize the niveau of the feedback right after the release.
- We never gonna give up finding videos available to Germans who are terrorized by the GEMA. (GEMA is a German organisation whose main job is to block as many YouTube videos for German IPs as possible. Yes, that's Germany.)
- Fixed a bug that caused the directory listing to fail for folders containing files whose filenames contain unusual characters.
- Updated the functionality of Mysticism.
- Fixed a bug that caused errors when copying team via all feature for that except “Copy build from other tab”.

There has been an error in the skills database regarding the following Paragon skills:- Find Their Weakness
- There's Nothing to Fear
They currently show the effects of each as they are in Hearts of the North, rather than the main game. Find Their Weakness (PvP) is correct.
Once again, thank you for writing and updating such fantastic software.

Fast Casting is also bugged in the PvP view, as the decreased recharge time effect is limited to PvE.

The application itself does not make a difference between PvE and PvP databases since database files are independent Excel files. You have to know that the recharge reduction applies only for PvE.
This was done like it is because I don't want to add anything related to a certain database in the code, which would make the application less extensible.

Test of Faith is listed in paw-ned as having 1/4 second casting time. This skill has 3/4 second casting time in PvE and PvP.
Thank you for updating this wonderful program.

Feature Request --
Be able to save all the skill templates in a Team Build to a new directory. At present, when I want to go try my hero team out, I have to individually save the skill template of each one, type the name again, etc. Ideally, I could just point to a directory, and say "save all", and it would take the character name from the team build and use that for file name.
