Ground Targeting, Party interface tweaks
I'd like to start off by saying that I'm in love with Guild Wars. Its one of those rare games whose greatness I realized after only a few hours of play. I haven't seen a game that brings this much innovation and fun to a genre since Total Annihilation revolutionized RTS. (IMO it has yet to be surpassed, but that's a post for another forum). So if any of the developers are reading this, great job creating a truly immersive action packed, FUN RPG experience that I'll bet has a few producers in the MMO world sweating bullets.
Ok, that's out of the way, here are my suggestions:
1) An easier way to group up. I guess idealy I'd like to see some sort of group interface relative to the zone I'm in, Showing leaders looking for groups, and what classes are in the groups. (perhaps independent of districts?) When starting a group the leader would have the option to advertise it or not. (in case he plans just to invite guild mates and friends)
... o yeah, almost forgot, only the LEADER should be alble to start the mission, as it stands now any person in the group can tear everyone away from configureing skills and buying things by walking out the gates.
2) ground targeting - I believe being able to put an area effect spell where you think your target will be could add yet another level of strategy to the game.
3)Someone had mentioned an in-game clock earlier.. I think its a wonderful idea.

I definately think the whole grouping thing (the backbone of this game really) could be made easier. In addition to your suggestions, first and foremost we need an LFG or LFT or whatever flag. Everyone just standing around town shouting for a group and hopping from district to district gets tiring. Not all of us have joined a guild yet or are in a guild with enough players in enough level ranges to always have someone to group with. The difficulty of finding a decent PUG is what leads to me logging off earlier every day.
