couple of suggestions
First off, it would be nice if you could select, copy, and paste text (when copying ts addresses) or, better yet, just have their own VoIP service. It could work with your friend/guild list, you could just select who you wanted to send a message to, or select a group for everyone to hear.
Every time you go into the first couple of districts the first thing you notice is WAY WAY WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL CRAP! It isnt nessicarily a bad thing all the time, but it would be nice if some kind of a sales list existed for each major city. It could have a window that you could search for specific items in. The only problem with this is that you might not be able to totally RIP PEOPLE OFF LIKE SOME OF YOU HAVE BEEN. 
It would be nice to see rare armor exist some how, or even set armor that adds to ability if you get the coresponding (or however you spell that) set.
