I honestly dont think it will change. Theyve already stated that if everyone is around the same level they only have to add one type of content to keep everyone happy. Plus it keeps the game balanced, and they like that.

lol well yes but if they want to grind they can play other games. there are thousands of games like that, diablo, sacred, divine divinity, uo, eq, wow... etc etc... lol. This one is unique in that grind is minimised, why spoil it?
On the attribute points: it might be nice if just occassionally you got the odd 5 or so for a quest... but they should be very rare quests that you can do only once and that are VERY hard for a level 20 with all their possible skill combinations. And no more than say... 5 of these missions. 25 more attribute points would come in very handy without suddenly making char x 20 times more powerful than char y
