To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

Desferous Ascalonian Squire Join Date: May 2005	flip-flop quest Just an idea. Could we have a mid to higher end quest that could be done that would flip a person's primary and secondary professions? I think of a few combos it would be fun to be able to do this with. At the moment, I have a mes/ele, and really if I had a slot I would do an ele/mes to compare, but it would be really neat to be able to do a flip-flop quest to try it out. I don't think this would cause more people to play the same builds, but I think it would help people to be able to better make the character they want to play. The ranger/elementalist, necro/mesmer, ele/mes, etc. questions could be played by people and tried out. (I was just thinking there might be a way to almost try this out with a pvp build, but wouldn't you need a primary of both professions to really do it correctly with a pvp build?...anyway)
