Having areas "balanced" for solo areas which only allow singular people to enter them would somewhat imbalance the game between classes - high damage classes would be far more powerful than healing classes. It's better to simply have all 6 classes be very viable by having everything revolve around team gameplay - no matter what mission you're playing, any of the classes is useful.

Well IMO the problem right now is with drops and XP. I know for a fact that exploring/questing with henchies will reduce dramatically the number of items dropped compared as if you would with a human party, and thats what sucks in my point of view. There should be less enemies when there is only one or two humans, this way I could go on some item hunt somewhere other than in Old Ascalon or in Altheas Ashes area without being crippled to pieces by 11 gargoyles in the LIons Arch area... I would like to go soloing in the Crystal Desert (for better loots) without having to worry about spotting a pack of 4 hydras waiting to destroy me

I think that the current way the map is designed is ok but I agree that they need to improve the NPC a bit. Nothing is more frustrating than traveling across the zone and find that mobs have killed or are killing the quest NPC. Also would like to see as a minimum a pet bar for attack and back off. This would make the pet somewhat more useful for a beastmaster.

Making the Weather unpredicatable can also be a good addition with different weather different creatures.........also have a night and day cycle where certain quests/skillz can only be obtained at night viceversa.........other interesting addition could be that certain places can only be traveled to in cold weather where the river freezes therefore creating path for travel..........

Ah, the only problem is that you don't understand how drops work.
Both henchies and human players reduce your drops by the exact same amount. Loot is always dropped round-robin, you just don't happen to see the stuff the henchmen get. But in a 6-person henchmen party you will get 1 drop every 6 mobs, just like in a 6-person human party.
If a mob drops Gold instead of an item, everyone shares that but it doesn't waste the item drop of the player whose turn it was to get loot next. I haven't totally verified this, but it's my hunch.

the pets need to have their ai improved at the least, i have lost count of the number of times i've played as a ranger, and my pet has gotten in the way, on at least 2 occasions, the pet has followed too close behind, and has left me trapped in a corner, unable to move, and with it refusing to move out of the way, forcing me to use the map to leave the area.
the henchmen could do with a little improvement, for example, when using the healer henchie, a choice between combat/healing, as they are now, or a henchman who will do absolutely nothing except heal and revive party members, or, with elementalist henchman, a choice of which element they specialise in, depending on the area you are entering into. a similar option could also be used for fighter henchmen, a choice of sword, axe, or hammer henchmen

Rambling whatever. That quest was placed 5 minutes away from the town on purpose, they didn't put it right there because it was suppose to be close, it was suppose to take some time. Maybe they will create new areas with flat plains that you can walk across so there are no obstercals, then the quests would be 5 or more minutes away instead of 5 minutes around the bend, your not suppose to get exp for free you newb!
This just proves that you want something to make the game easier, I can tell you right now most console games arn't even this easy, and I don't know any online RPGs that are this easy. But if you still need it to be easier then it already is then start working on a crack because Anet IS NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO TAKE AWAY THE BARRIERS AND MAKE THE GAME EASIER.

You idiot, you don't even have any idea what quest I was talking about. I don't want the game to be easier, all I am doing is making suggestions that I think would make the game more enjoyable and give more freedom.
You just post on everyone's thread and try to shoot their ideas down with your 1000 word essays - yet I saw you suggesting your own idea which was one of the worst I've seen. Just stay off my thread from here on in, you anger me greatly.

yes i reckon the nite and day cycle would be cool. sumthing like warcraft 3 or priston tale if u guys ever played it. I also tink that GW needs sum more "insiprational" background music. I mean like for eg. in Yak's bend area..the bgm is that soft violin music which is suitable for town but when you are in battle it doesnt really suit it. Music from the PvP areas are great as it makes u feel like u are apart of the battle. I think that they need more sound effects with certain magic like meteor shower...when the meteor hits the ground it doesnt make a boom sound n i tink if they added more sound effects then the game will be alot better...Thats all i can tink off...but yeh great game =) i love it!!!
Oh what i reckon would be good would be like monthly events that makes the game even more fun. What i reckon would be good is say there is an event where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx amount of monsters just attack a major town like ascalon city or lions arch and everyone in the town has to do their job but defeating the monsters or sumthing...Ive seen this in ragnarok and it seems to be pretty fun
