My Suggestions List
Seems GW support keeps informing me to go to "the forums" and post suggestion. So gonna try this forum, and cross my fingers. Some of these may have already been stated before, but sometimes repetition helps get a point across.
Auction House
GW, severely needs some form of auctioning. Yes, we know we can sell all of our goods to the merchant, but that's really not helping anyone. Give us a place where people can setup their own shops, drop off items for sale setup some prices and go back to playing. People can then browse/search for items based on some basic criteria, find what they want, make a bid and go on their way.
Pet Commands and Pet Skills
Please give us basic pet commands, I am positive this request has been going on since E3 at least on one forum or another. We can charm pets, yet we can't tell them what to do??? Doesn't need to be fancy, either give us command like /petaggressive, /petdefensive, /petstay or clickable commands. Or at the very least have pets work like the Ghosts in the desert missions, when u click on them they stay put. Pet skills, we all know the black bear does Brutal Mauling, why not give each charmable creature it's own distinct animal skill. An example might be give warthogs "Gore" cause bleeding, give Dune Lizards "Poisonous Bite" - poisons for a short time, Stalker/Lynx "Frenzied Attack" 50% attack speed increase for 5 secs, the birds "Beak Attack" - knock down. Or something like that.
Map Target Flags
A useful feature would be to allow us to place markers on our personal maps. The markers would show up in the exploration/travel map. Such markers could be use for marking locations of collectors, maybe even allow us to add a comment to the marker.
Guild Emblems
Currently we have capes for guild representation. Personally I like the capes, however, I was also around in beta when they had what most of us called, bibs. Some people liked the bibs, some like the capes and others wanted some kinda flag. Why not provide several options to the guild leader on how they can represent their guild? Bibs, capes, sashes, flags, etc.
Storage
While the vault storage is a very nice feature it is still somewhat limited in terms of space. You can easily fill up all the slots with crafting material. The current storage hold 20, give us the 20 spot storage for free. Allow us to purchase a storage of say 30 for 10 bars, a 45 slot storage for say 25 bars and the gran dady of storage 60 slot for 50 bars. Something else that would be useful is to give the Guild their own vault of say 30 slots which anyone can use, that way if we come across a nice weapon we can place it in the guild vault for anyone to use.
Merchant Sale Confirmation
This is more of a precautionary idea. Have an optionally setable confirmation box appear on the sale of blue, gold and purple items to the merchant. I inadvertantly sold a very nice shield to the merchant because I got the thought in my head to equip the shield but double clicked on the merchants window. And of course you can go into the options or customisation and turn off confirmation.
Henchman bug
I know this isn't a suggestion but... please fix the wandering henchman bug. You know the one that happens when the party is rezzed at the rez portal. And they go clipping thru the terrain back to the point of their death. Not to mention that if the rez portal is hight or lower than the base of the area henchmen will sometimes get stuck above or within the ground. I report this bug at least once a week.
Thinks that's about it for my suggestions for now.

Death Penalty
I'm ok with getting a death penalty. What I'm not ok with is the difficulty at which the death penalty comes off. When grouped within a party, every party member should get 1% percent of a death penalty when a mob is killed, not just a random player getting 1% back.
Pet Rez
Allow regular resurrection spells resurrect pets.
Might have some more later.

I agree with the pets, map flags, storage and henchmen bug.
As far as an auction house goes, I'd rather it not go the WoW route. I have always prefered a consigner type, which takes out a percentage of profit for each trade.

I'm pretty sure death penalty is removed at 1% per 75 experience earned. You earn it back slower with a party because you're earning less exp per mob.

its even worse when you gain no xp in a party. no way to remove the dp. but thats the harshness you get for running at too high a lvl and actually dying.
