You dont seem to understand that there is no more interesting rewards for exploration beside the max dmg stuff, that runes are no more interesting to find, and that the whole pvp game is getting owned by teams wich all use the same skills, with the same armors enhanced with the same runes and using the same weapons.

Which game are you playing? I find it extremely interesting to find a rune, because I don't find them like crazy like the people who farm(sorry I'm old fashioned, I don't grind my mind out of my head and complain about it like people like to these days).
Also, PvP isn't a one way road with all guilds. There's 100s of builds out there, just because you only see one doesn't mean others don't exist. Just take a look at the Guilds of the Week, which show PvP strats from top guilds. They're all different. I've seen teams that don't know the meaning of fire nuking, and destroy with massive air spells instead....and then there's teams that go full on nuking with elementalist spells and mesmer hexes. The point is, there's just too much diversity for people to fall into the same rut.
As far as same armor/runes/weapons, I'd have to disagree there too. The armors, are of course, basically all the same, but that's expected with the system they use. Their weapons, however, are diverse because they have different upgrades, and you get to pick the 2 you think best fit you character. And there's also a ton of ways to use your runes, between minors, majors and superior runes, and the different effects they have on your character.

It's nice to get the "New Item Unlocked!" window, but that's not why I play the game. I bought the game under the impression that it would offer quality PvE fun, and after that was over, I could move on and become a good PvPer without having to spend months PvE'ing for items, etc. as well as leveling new PvP builds.

Well, that's kind of the point of the 15k armor, ne?
Perhaps this thread should be more focused around the suggestion that the game needs more items akin to the 15k armor sets in the late game?
