2 and 3 were one of the better things about WoW and I'd love to see them in GW.

Or even at the very least, a seperate chat window that says gives you all that info...who's fighting, casting, how much damage, etc

1. Nice suggestion, but not too big of a deal because you can CTRL+CLICK and players will know you are activating something. But still, nice suggestion I wouldn't mind seeing implemented.
2. YES. This wasn't a big deal to me before, but now that I've started to play a main monk and am only really paying attention to my party members, I've noticed the lack of info it gives. I don't know if party members are blinded, crippled, etc.. unless they CTRL+CLICK and shout out "I have Blind on me!" and even those might get lost between the targetting calls.
I also noticed that as a monk, if I cast an enchantment such as Shielding Hands, which only reduces damage -- does not give health regen, I will see an ARROW UP on their health bar. It confuses me, because I might forget who actually has health regen, and who has shielding hands, etc.. or who has already cast a health regen on themselves, like Mending.
3. Totally agree there. Especially useful on the mages (monks & ele), whose energy is important for them to function correctly.

definatly... watching a primary monk play,... and playing a wa/mo i totaly agree... at least next to their name have condition boxes.. this way i'll know which caster has spirit shackles on and can't do anything and who is just slowed and can hang out for a second while i remove such and such from so and so.. allow me to target a specific condtion/hex on a party member to remove it... say a person had 2 hexed and a condition such as poison, and are blinded.... how do i know which is which unless they call it out.. which no one ever does unless it's making their character COMPLETELY ineffective

While this is probably a good idea in theory, I think it would clutter up the screen far too much. When you have a chat box, the target box (which I have blown up to a huge size, so it's easy to see what skills they're using), your skills, your hp, your energy, the party box, effects, and enchantments, it's going to be difficult to fit 7 more bars in there, unless it's so small you can't even use it effectively. At any one time, members of my party will have 3-8 hexes/conditions/enchantments, and that would just be crazy. On a side note, I wish there was a way to seperate your effects bar, into enchantments, hexes, and conditions, instead of just havnig them stack up in whatever order they're used.

I say we make the health bars smaller as they are way too large anyway... If i can find a picture of an FFXI one I will show it as it was very effective w/ both the HP and Energy bars.

I think that'll make the game too easy. You want a hex removed, you tell your healer you have the hex. They make it real easy to do (ctrl+click). Seeing everyone else in your parties stats... it's not right. You should know your stats, your effects. They should know theirs. And if they need help, they can ask for it. It adds to the teamwork.
Knowing every stat effect and every little bit about another person's character is carebearish. There's a reason we can't look at other peoples armor and weapons, and I'm pretty sure these features aren't in for the same reason. We' just not supposed to know.

I pulled up my FFXI screenshots but saw I didn't have any with the interface.
I pulled this one off of Google.com, and I agree - they had tiny party windows which were excellent for showing HP/MP stats, which I loved
