Do you guys think making a LFG window would be beneficial for guild wars?
The window would...

- Show a listing of all players in the district (and others?) that are LFG
- The players name would be listed, their professions, and a short description of what they can provide and are looking to do.
- To join this window a player would simply push a button and fill out a quick description field of what their character does and what type of grp they are looking for.

I think this would help GW significantly... Another way to get rid of all the spam that is plaguing our favorite game.

Its a good idea but not the small descriptions you talked about. Maybe a drop down box to select mission/quest/farm/fun.

I personally don't see this working without the description box. People are doing it right now anyways... spamming the main channel. This way it is organized and unobstructive. There are just too many things a player could be looking for to make it all fit in a drop-down box.

I'm all for the descriptions box....would make it a lot easier to find members/groups.

Yeah, make the LFG group box purple or something of the sort. It could be another added channel, like All, Team, Guild, Trade, Emotes.

That would hopefully stop alot of the spam though some would still be there, from people who use the All channel for trade/LFG still, but it would limit the spam down a bit I think.

I like the idea! The short description could be like a personal profile.
