Lets see, take any first person shooter game (basically PVP): Everyone IS equal other than the guy who just picked up the BFG or Redeemer.

Then look at Guild Wars PVP: Each person can have two classes with hundreds of skills to pick from and I would bet very few have the same weapons. Add in there is several types of armors to use.

All I see is alot of choices and no one is equal, anyone who actually played GW long enuff already knows and pointed it out here.

You sir, are a fool. You obviously want an uneven playing field so that you're sorry ass can get an advantage for hours played rather than your team strategy.

I've said all I need to. You're a dumbass, go play a game that will allow you to "p\/\/n n00ß§" based on your level which happens to be higher than your social security code simply because you've played a thousand times longer. I think i'll stick to FPS games, and hopefully, if this patch works, Guild Wars, which are based on something called "skill". (I'm not saying I have a lot of skill, but at least I don't rely on arbitrary tasks to give me an advantage).

internopsp you the nail on the head. In GW, two characters with the same professions will by all likelyness be just the same in potential, the objects are common enough that you get to have the best without having to spend much time gaming.

You know what? I LOVE it. Means I don't have to spend 20 hours a day playing just to keep up with a 16 years old that has nothing to do. I'll spend my 2 hours a day and then thrash him because we're equal and it just takes skill and strategy. Or get thrashed, because he's faster, more skilled, better than I am. And you know what? I can't blame money, A.net, the game, unluck in drops, gameplay time, or whatever. I can blame only myself. SO cool!!

Just like in chess.

Oh, BTW, Kasparov is world chess champion and rated over 2600, I believe only Alekhin would've been rated more in Elo.
