Default Ranger Upgrade: Change to Expertise Energy Cost Display

What I mean is currently its sometimes annoying to work out how much Expertise is affecting your spells and skills.

What I think they need to add is how much your energy costs have been reduced based on your level of Expertise.

So spells will show "Power Shot 8 (10) Energy.

(10) being what it normally is... what do people think?

Totally. The lack of this feature was one of the first things I noticed when I first started playing.

I second this idea. At first I didn't even think expertise worked!

I agree, it is annoying to not know how much energy it takes to cost a spell with expertise or the mana-cost changing spirits.

User Interface is extremely important. I third this idea, and I don't even like playing rangers that much.

Um..... yea ok.... i have to say that is a very umm yea... the description says 4% per point into expertise, if you can not expirement on your own and learn things w/o complaining that its not just a push 8 button game then you shouldn't be playing imo, if you are new ask questions, making suggestions that make this game even more..... infantile... is just yea... retarded. if there is nothing to question nothing to learn, then why play the game?

I can more or less count on my skills being half-price, but I wouldn't mind this at all.

Whatever causes me to play better.

I always look at my skills, and I see 10 for power shot, and when I am at lower levels of energy, and I reach 8, I always wait till I get to 10 again (even knowingly that expertise reduces energy costs), because I don't like hearing hte "clik-cluk" sound of not enough energy if I don't have enough.

I found a table of expertise's cost effect on skills before I started my ranger so I always knew how much energy I was using, but most don't go and look for something like that so this would definately be a good idea.

I would have liked it before, and I think it is still a good idea, but by now I have it pretty well figured out without it telling me specifics.

I'm always late to the party...

This isn't a math class son, its a pvp game. Why should anyone have to calculate how much energy expertise takes off?

Similarly, Fast Casting should display it's effect as well.

But yeah, I agree.

You guys do know what if u put your cursor over the expertise word while building a PvP character it tells you exactly what it does right? Althought something it doesnt tell you is that it actually works with shouts as well...

It's vague in the description. It does not specify the exact ammount being deduced from each skill. Which is why this idea would be very helpful.

I'm sorry but that is a pointless and rude bit of input... if you unable to type polite arugments to why you don't like the idea... then don't post at all.

We are all aware of how much % expertise takes off spells and skills, but it doesn't show it in the displays on the skill toolbar.

In heavy PvP matches I really don't have time to work out and often remember everything while some warrior is trying to smash me to pieces.

The only thing that is retarded as you put it, is you reply
