Skills Trader.
Yes, you read right.. A Skills TRADER. Hell, why not? There's a Trader for everything else in this game, right? The more the merrier.
Anyways, I thought this idea would be very helpful to players like me, who once wanted to collect ALL skills from primary and secondary professions. Well, I have a N/Me and I've used 50+ skill points into many Mesmer skills that I don't even think about using. I know ANet fixed the overall amount of xp to 20000, but it's still very hard to gain skill points after you've beaten the game.
So, my solution to this would be a Skills Trader. Basicially, the exact opposite of a "Skills" NPC. You would trade in said skill, and a small amount of gold to get back your skill point. That way, players could actually change their secondary profession without having to try and gain 20000 xp just for one skill.
Now, I don't know exactly how this would work with Elites. Maybe.. You couldn't trade Elite skills? I don't know.. But, the rough idea is to get back your skill points by trading in skills you don't want or need.
Input would be appreciated.

This would be a really, really easy way to unlock skills for PvP.

One trip to the UW or Fissure can net that 20k exp quick enough. You could always solo for some good exp as well. The grawls outside of draknors give something like 130 exp per kill and the drops are pretty good, not to mentioned they're fairly easy.
I'd prefer an upgrade component trader more than a skills trader personally since there is no really easy way to unlock those.

Eh.. Not really.. I never thought "This would be easy for PvPers to get skills." Well, whatever.. I would assume that your previous skill would get deleted. >>
Anyways, yes. The only way I can get decent xp is by going to Fissure of Woe.. And guess how much that happens? Not as much as it should. Why? Because I'm a Necromancer, instead of a Monk or a Paladin. I can't solo worth junk. That's why I don't like this game as much. I've went out to Witman's Folly, believe me. I brought Alesia and Lina with me, and still got crappy xp and no drops at all. Wasn't worth the time..
