Make a delay for being kicked from a group:
Currently, if you have some kind of connection problem, (the one i always get is err - 7) you get kicked from whatever group you are in instantly and are returned to a base of operations. How about introducing something like a 5 minute timer for reestablishing connection once you are not in an outpost or mission or town? I have tried to do thunderhead keep 4 times, and each time at least one person has connection problems and cannot get back in. If we can get a thing put in where it will put up a message saying "player X is having connection trouble stand by", and that person has a shot at reconnecting and completing the mission, i think everyone would really like it. That is the single most annoying part of this game to me, finding a good group and being disconnected. Please support this thread if you agree.

secondeded. Cox, who sucks, drops my connection every few hours for 10 seocnds or so. After spending 2 hours in the UW, it's quite frustrating.
Upon logging back in after a connection loss, an option box could be presented, 'do you wish to return to your former group?' However, i think it should require approval from teh team leader, whom invited the other members initially, or require a vote from teh team, so as to prevent lazy people who want to skip the hard parts.

I agree
If you drop, lag out, err-7, whatever, the timer on the group counts down from 5 minutes. You log back in : "would you like to rejoin your previous party" yes "waiting for party confirmation" team leader confirms and you appear at the most recent portal your party travelled through

Why five minutes? If the group is still in the mission, let the option ride. Of course, even with a five minute timer, this leaves room for abuse.

It shouldn't appear the last place you stood cuz what if the group zones... then you couldn't do it. (I'd like this for all the time, not just missions)

yeah, that is a good point. I guess a combination would work, but for simplicity's sake i would take your idea for just coming back at a portal. I have now been unable to complete thunderhead keep 6 times due to connection issues, all at the end.
