I havent seen many posts about this but i would love to see it in the game. An upgrades merchant. I cant tell you how many hard it is to find that certain upgrade that you want for your weapon. no one ever has the upgrade i want. i may be alone on this subject but, i hate searching for 3+days for an upgrade or grinding for hours just to find it.

True, searching that long for something is pretty boring, but letting Merchants sell items such as these makes PVE way too easy. The Rune Trader was a mistake already if you ask me, getting perfect is way too easy these days.

Take out the rune trader. For the love of God (and the sake of the game) please take out the rune trader. All the stupid NPC is doing is ripping you off, constantly selling out superior vigors ... and therefore driving up the prices of other superior runes (mainly absorbtion).
Before the sodding rune trader I could buy a superior healing for 2k. Now, I can't get one for less than 10k most of the time.
Superior vigor prices have gone from too much to way too much.
AND I can't sell my minors for 300-500 any longer, something that helped me get alot of my old wealth which is dwindling now that prices keep shooting up, dominated by hardcore farmers and UW/Fissure runners who sit in temple waiting for favour, then taking a team in for an hour and emerging to sell their ectos for a zillion each.
I'm going to be starting Droknar's running soon to keep up with these prices, the economy is not yielding at all to new players unless they have powerful guilds willing to give them alot of help (which mine is, by the way, to any mature, respectful new person who wants a good guild to help you get started)(we're also always wanting players who are not so new, and old players).

I think the reason that Monk superiors have gone through the roof has less to do with the rune trader, and more to do with the popularity of the solo Underworld Mo/W build that abuses Protective Bond/Spirit and superior runes to lower your life total.
