I saw in the last Fansite Friday that ANet was talking about getting some new ways for trading since the currently chat windows get spamming with trading requests. My idea is that for each town there should be trading districts. Not only would this reduce the amount of spam in other channels, but it would also make it easier for players to find people willing to buy/sell items. If it is too much trouble to upkeep them, maybe they can just do it in the major cities. Another possible solution could be to make a town entirely devoted to trading where it has no quests or significance to the story, that way only traders would be there and you wouldn't have to worry about the chat channel being hard to get a party and stuff. If an idea like this has already been proposed I apologize.

Perhaps in this "Trade-opia", they could even have seperate districts devoted to a certain thing, such as Weapons, Upgrades, Dyes, Materials, etc. Perhaps since most people go to Ascalon City to trade they could make it an area off of that, sort of like an arena?
