The Crag is a map which promotes a camping strategy, takes 4 minutes regardless if the opposing team left or not (leaving which is most often the case). Changing the 6vs6 relic capture to the DM-type "The Crag" on a match which is still originally designed for a _relic_ map is retarded. It's sad that it's still in there as a DM map because it is plainly not working. I know very few people who _don't_ leave when the Crag starts.

Sidenote: The fact that you can't choose what maps you want to play, and the scarce diversity of maps, objectives and adjusted Faction-rewards is embarrassing after a year of testing and three months into retail.

Btw corax5, spelling correctly may increase the chance of someone taking you seriously.

If you had just explained it like that in the first place it would have made much more sense. That map may promote spawn killing, but you have to fight for the right to spawn kill, the team that wins the first little skirmish can then chose to spawn kill. Maybe being able to chose which map you want to choose would help in choosing your tactics before a fight.
And I’m sorry for making two slight spelling mistakes, maybe if you didn’t use "leet" speak I might have taken YOU more serious.

if you play Random, you will eventually get the Crag. Unless everyone agrees never to play the map, there will be some who will call it "selfish" to simply leave

Because the map was made for 6v6, and is now 4v4, I say they just make the map way smaller.

Don't hate the Crag.... I for one love the Crag because I used to have a character which would use its lava to get away from warriors and such by simply sitting in the lava... so all the warriors would do is watch as I was burning and hitting them with my arrows

If you worried about camping, just run over, kill someone, and run back to your base before they res. Theyll be forced to charge in and hey, you got the advantige.

Doesn't to a whim to decrease the camping and neither to increase the playing experience. It'll just be a silly Fragspike mesmer sniping a target and running back.
