Not to mention the monks females who are like burn/car accident/bikers in undwear and full body tatoo victims who are trying to look attractive.

Yes, I agree. I think I've got the over-used, fully head of hair (girl) monk appearance, for the record (people make fun of my pig-tails though).
I'd be happy to see more variety; ugly people exist, and I'm sad to never see them (except the male Warriors, Necros, Mesmers, and most of the monks). Ele's sometimes look ok.
While total control over the face and body would be nice, I think it might be a bandwidth issue. I'd rather the game be free than pay a monthly fee so that I can put my face on a character.
Although facial hair is another big thing missing; not everybody is as shaved as a 12 year old (though those characters usually aren't pretty boys).

Speaking of cleavage, that reminds me...This has been bothering me for a while. I've noticed that the female necros with scar patterns look kind of small chested compared to ele's and maybe even rangers. I stay they could make them look a little larger...give em something to brag about lol.
Also, more hair styles, faces, etc...for all classes! (pretty boys included)

Deal.
More faces, more variety, and more on each end of the spectrum would be a very good thing.

Actually, none of the female avatars are particularly busty; they just have very good posture. Plus, the Necro scar pattern has a top that is black, a color that girls wear to look slimmer; therefore, the body parts in question seem smaller.

Female necros do get some nice cleaveage enhancing armor from one of their 15k sets, I believe. I can't remember which one it is off the top of my head though, but when I first saw it, I was amazed at the amount of cleaveage it had - comparable to female air ele tops! O.O

So we need both more and less cliches
The rangers have a sort of bumfluff that at a distance could be mistaken for a beard. Check out the screenie.
