Make GWs last Longer! Disguise, difficulty..
Class:
when you see people, why do you automatically know their classes? that info should be private. like war/mo. you see a guy in armor, or in robes. what if you want to be sneaky? what if you're a mesmer & no one groups with u? then act like a monk or something.
Armor:
let other classes wear other class armors, but give a penalty. like let monks wear full platemail. but they move slower...etc.
Party:
let pre-sear group 4 instead of just 2. 2 is just too lonely. 4 allows u to work more on teamwork.
PreSear:
presear should spawn more creeps.
Hard:
the game over all needs to be much harder. decrease xp gain, gold drops...

I agree with nearly all of it.
1- class: someone who is partied should have their class and level visible. Someone who blind invites you should have their class and level visible. This would reduce the amount of blind invites since you would have no idea the class or level of who you're inviting. When just standing about, the only thing visible should be your name I like this idea.
2- armor: I like this idea too. It would be cool if an ele could get the armor of platemail as a trade off for a massive speed reduction, or other similar penalties for mismatched armor. (perhaps longer cooldown time for spells... etc. etc.)
3- pre-sear groups! OMFG YES!!!! I love pre-sear but I hate partying with just one person. How's this for a suggestion: If you have beaten the end boss one of the rewards could be the ability to party 4 in pre-sear. When zoning into a portal the creature spawns could be increased by 50% also to even out the extra power in the team... maybe even by 100%.
4- more pre-sear creeps: negative. see number 3 on this one, but for 2 player parties or solo parties I'm quite content with the amount of creeps there are.
5- harder: negative. I'm also quite content with the difficulty, xp and drops.
edit: on disguises: soon (hopefully before chapter 2) Anet will introduce "casual clothes" and other aesthetic upgrades available to the characters.

PreSear:
When u defeat GWs, theres nothin left to do but go back to Pre & help noobs a lil.
Pre is pretty & you're really afraid of Charr. when they grunt, you run.
Party of 4 lets you learn how to interact in a normal size group. Party of 2 is boring. Hey we can have more then 1 friend. If we cant get non-Instancing now, give us 4/Party for fun.

1) well im not too sure, would confuse a lot of people and we would hear a lot of " OMFG i cant find a monk" threads because they are all hidden
2) Great idea my W/N needs more energy big time so i would love to get some higher energy bosters
3) Presearing is easy so its not needed, but it would be nice and helpful for killing the charr
4) Presearing is kinda ment to be easy i think... but i would not mind more things to run away from
5) Agree 100%, harder monsters, less drops... Bizzard did it with D2 and now people are flocking back to take the new challange (sadly its hard to do with out all the "elite" runewords.. annoying) i feel it would work great for GW but im afraid of hearing "omg nerf bat" 50 times a day
6) Id love to go back to presearing..

You can completely solo presearing. There is no need at all to have 4 players. Its so incredibly easy with two, four would be insane, not to mention the decrease in exp and drops.
Unless something was done like DrSLUGFly said, then this would be incredibly lame. Though I wouldn't mind something like that implemented into the whole game, not just presearing.

Now my monk can have platemail and be even more invincible.
Can you imagine what would happen in PvP?

Class -- /Agreed (Inside of pvp maps). Althought i disagree with another post where someone wants level to be hidden... "Son of a... another leacher at level 2 guys..." I have tried to argue this point before... I mean, each class has its own looks, it wouldnt be that hard, but you also wouldnt pre-determine what build they are running, or know who to target from far... Making battles much more, hey... lets fight!
Armor -- /Disagree /Agreed. I think we should have more armor types and all, but i dont want to see a monk with full armor as a warrior with damage reduction... no matter what kind of penalty
Pre-sear/Party -- /Disagree. If they make it harder yes... but then again, it is the "newb" and teaching area... its not suppose to be hard, and you're suppose to learn the game here, before you party with people. disagreed.
Harder -- /Agreed /Disagree. We can't make it harder again... it use to be hard, if anybody remembers... it's all the complaining that made it such a "breeze" to get through now. So this sadly can't be done. But!! They are going to be making harder area's for better people and stradegies... That's end game content.

Pre:
you can learn the game while in a big party. its when u solo & get stuck & frustrated.
i want to play with my 3 friends!
few months ago, fur squares use to be very rare. it was fun then cause it was harder. not every 1 had the best armor. people were hunting charr like crazy.

decrease xp, cus like...wow. it will increase the life of the game. make level 20 actually mean something. for anet who wants balance, they can still make pvp characters.

I like the ideas about hiding second profession, even the boss monsters only show you 1. That would definitley add to the challenge of the game. Now you don't only have to learn what spells do, but you have to learn what they look like, how to detect them, and how to respond. Excellent Idea. --- Game is based on Skill not time, so why punish people by making everything take longer, bad idea-- Another take on topic, what about invisibilty or hide or sneak?, hopefully that will be new profession and skill set with more updates to come. A-net seems to be working overtime on the updates, so i think this update on the 7th will give them a lil breather, I hope.

errr... a slow monk would a be a real drag for the party in missions or even PvP, cast a spell that decreases speed on that character and he's going nowhere

If the monk is wearing full platemail set, he would only have 2 pips of energy regen.

Shameful
i think hiding a class and lvl is the worst idea ever your just a wining mesmer or low lvl char that got run to droknars that is angry know one wants to party with you i think not being able to know your allies lvl and class takes away all the strtatagy nessesary to beat enemys like glint
the mesmer class is difficult to find a group that wants you and i truly synpatize for people that cant find a PvE group but that is the fault of the players who dont know the uses of a mesme
but tricking ppl into playing with you, thats just cheep and shameful but the idea of casual clothing is very appealing im not flaming you, im explaining my veiws on this

Okay, if a monk wears platemail he should have the same energy regen as a warrior, because the armor gives the regen :P
