unlock all skills or update Premades?
This weekend on Radioitg DJWheat brought up the suggestion that all skill be unlocked for a special weekend event to get more interest back into guildwars and the PvP aspect of it. (which is what GW is all about PvP FTW)
But is the way to do this to give everyone access to all skills? so no more grinding to get your skills and runes? I don't think so. I think a better Idea would be to Update the Premade characters more often.
By doing this you give everyone some insight as to what is working and what isn't and leave it up to them to make variations and such.
I would love to see IWAY warrior, M/Me drainer, E/Mo smiter, Lightning Spiker, and KD/AS warrior. All as premade options. And to see them update as the FoTM updates would get more people interested in PvPing if they didn't feel like they were at a disadvangte the first time they step into ToPK and have no idea what these builds are all about.
Just my 2 cents. Would love to see what everyone else thinks about this also.

Unlock all skills for a weekend? Only if you want to deal with 15 threads whining when it gets taken away at the end of the weekend and 15 more threads whining from PvE players during the weekend.
Update the premades more often? Sounds good as long as we promise NOT to include flavor of the month builds. I mean do you really want to see even more of them?

You mean you want to make it even easier than it already is to unlock skills!? Nah...Besides GW isn't all about PvP anyway.

Guildwars is all most made entirely for pvp, even the missions feel like training for pvp. If you want pure pve fun might I suggest a different game, perhaps Everquest?

Update Premades!
Ok after giving it some thought I think this is the only way to go. Update the premades atleast once a month if not twice. So that we can invite our friends to play and give them a fighting chance without them having to suffer through atleast a week of PvE grind before then can even look at GvG'ing. I mean this is GUILD wars.
During the BWE me and my guild grab some of the premades and were doing far better then what we could do with our ideas. But now the Premades wont even cut it!! Update them please.
