Isn't it a bug?
I'm not sure that's the right place to post this thread, but I noticed one funny, but still bad thing. Is it normal that Death Penalty looks on your basic max hp, not the one after using runes? My problem is that I'v been playing with a Healer Monk which has been using 4 Superiors. I had 180 hp then. While I dead few times, my DP was 45%, and I had 1 (ONE) max hp. That was pretty funny. But when I died one more time (it wasn't difficult ^^) and got DP = 60%, I didn't believe what I saw. Friend tried to res me, but instantly after he did that, "-0" appeared above me and I died. Conclusion? I had no max ammount of HP. Isn't that funny?

That's the way it is when you have 4 Sups runes on.
