Allow users to Beta test. I know they have they're own system for doing this, but I like the way WoW gives users the option to copy a couple characters onto a test server to try out big updates before they come out.

Problem: This isn't an MMO with dozens of different servers.

Well genius, all they have to do is add a few test servers...

Unless you mean that they can't afford it. (considering they've sold over 1 million copies and counting)
