Revoke Completed Transaction Function
I propose a function that enables players to revoke a completed transaction for a period of 2 minutes after it has been completed. In order to revoke a completed transaction, the player needs to be able to return the purchased item and/or cash in the original condition.
This requires cash and items to be locked for the period of 2 minutes and should have a major impact on the number of successful scams, thereby benefiting the community as a whole.
PS: You could also call it a money-back guarantee.

As said...no
Now I can understand wholly the switch from the old concepts towards a modify and accept trade screen, but going beyond this, seriously pay attention to what you are trading for. If you get the wrong thing, that is basically your own fault in this day and age, I'd believe there will be many more situations of inconveniencing, or simply second thoughts with no malicious intent, than there have ever been of scamming. Scams were not all that common even when it was very easy to perform, successful ones now, vastly less likely.
Plus, what will you not be using immediately, in Guild Wars nonetheless, that you won't be looking at in the trade window to verify to the fullest. If you are into buying materials, then it is one number, if you look at upgrades, you check percentages, if it is a weapon, you're going to look at them all, I can barely imagine an instance where a 2 minute grace period would be helpful.
Think about it, if someone wants to sell you an axe mastery of 15% then you're going to look to see that is axe mastery and 15%, the only way to change it is to see their side of the trade screen is being modified, and then you can check again, especially since there is no reason to be modifying on almost 99% of the trades.

No. It wouldn't help anyway with scams. People could just log off right after completely the trade (u can't enforce a 2 minute grace period if the other person has already left the game).
