No more mid-quest "boss" drops
The best drops should come at the END of a quest instead of from bosses along the way. I spend days and days trying to get into a group who wants to complete a quest and even then, most leave after the last boss in the area is killed instead of completing the mission. Like all other games featuring quests and items, Guild Wars should have the best drops coming from, for example, the 3 Djinns at the end of Final Assault. What other motivation is there for players to complete quests when all they prefer to do is "farm" items.
When the chests that don't require keys appear in some areas after completing a side quest, an item for each member of the group should always drop, end bosses should be the only one's dropping "green" items and perhaps a reward chest appears at the end of each pvp win with one or two items for a random member of the winning group.
I suggest this to end the 65% of the players who "farm" items then make up 25% of the people sitting in towns spamming sales of those items. If I wanted to spend my time gathering wealth only, I'd play Monopoly.
