Default weird bug
i went cappin for Echo this one time and Rwek Khawl Mawl and he didn't have it.
then i tried again he did have it what happened?

It's because Rwek Khawl Mawl used Echo on another one of its skills, thus making Echo disappear from its skill set for a limited amount of time.
