Default More complex item mods

I was just thinking, why not have some more powerful yet more conditional item modifiers.

for example theres a mod that adds 15% dmg while health is above 50%, how about something like +25% dmg while health is above 50% AND while hexed, or suffering from a condition, or some other effect, so you would have to meet 2 conditions in order to gain the damage, but the damage gained would be greater.

This could also work for + life on shields, or + energy on foci or just anything with mods.

Really though, I'd like to see more equipment mods too. We have stonefist gauntlets, how about other gear for other classes that have interesting effects? Sacrifice 1 or 2 energy or some AL for say enchantment increase. Or something like 15% increase to healing all healing spells.

Things like that. But I do like the idea of multiconditional mods. They'll have to be better than our standard mods no doubt due to multiple conditions needing to be met, but hey, all the better, just more options. Everyone loves options.

Crippling bowstring, barbed bowstring (you know what i mean ), Shields for rangers or any class specific shields really - such as Armor 16 req.8 wilderness survival, req.8 smiting etc etc.
Aerodynamic bow grips for lengthening speed boost duration.....whoooosh!

Bowstrings that increase the lengths of other conditions aside from poisoning? Hmm... tasty...

How about:
+1 Energy Regen/-15 Energy Focci
Beast Mastery Staff
+5 Energy Bow Grip

And Ele armour that offers +10 Armour (vs. Physical)

Extra fun:, all only work in towns/outposts and they stack all classes)free at droks armor guy(s)

Heehee, its fun to run leggings(only useable in towns/outposts)
Increased speed 200%

Whooosh-ers cloak
Increased Speed by 200% (same for rest of armor set, in LA with entire set on (5 pieces) 1000% speed boost, i would run around in red armor, as red as i can make it and name my character The Flash and just spend my time on GW when im bored running around LA/droks )

Stonefist gauntlet things lengthen KD - how about special gloves/tattoos for monks that increase healing by 10%, or divine favor heal by 25% or something. But -1 energy or something.

Why would you want there to be even less variety in terms of what armors people wear?
