yet more bugs
ive been trying to test some eoe combos, and i found these bugs:
EoE does damage to the OPPOSING team if one of YOUR teamates dies, and the opposite is true. it does not do damage to your own team if someone on your team dies, something that makes testing skills associated with it a headache =/
for some reason, when enchanted, your hp goes all over the place, both max hp and actual hp remaining. i was testing something on a 105 hp build, and at some point, after someone put and enchantment on me, my remaining hp jumped about 20, and my max hp was 78 at a 15% death penalty (.85 * 105 ~ 90). this was true with these enchantmenst: order of the vampire and divine intervention, and only tested with a max hp of 105 hp (no idea if its relevant).
finally, divine intervention simply doesnt work. when you die, you stay dead, you do not gain __ hp.
i was wondering if the gw staff were working on these bugs...? its incredibly painfull testing builds only to find out half the skills dont even work while the other half work incorrectly

Have you sent these in to ANet? That's probably your best bet.
I'll move this to the Sanitarium since it begs for ideas on fixing and it's a good place for the ANet folks to see it.

I thought EoE did damage to ALL players in the spirit vicinity because they are all human?
I just tested Divine Intervention and it worked fine for me.

well it theoretically should, but its bugged and did nothing for me...

You're positive it neither ran out nor was removed?

yup eoe got bugged last update. the discription stayed the same but the spell only harms enemies now.

i had about 50 hp after my DP, i would cast DI, get hit for like 50 damage and die.
maybe its because the damage wraps around, as in it hits you for the difference between damage and hp remaining, right as you gain whatever amount from DI?
kind of... weird.

DI works fine. when you get healed the life it does wrap around to the amount you are healed.
think of it this way. you get hit for 100 dmg and you are at 50 life. that puts you at -50 life. DI saves you and heals for 50 life. you are still at 0 life and you would die. you will hit the negatives then DI heals you instead of you dying. its not bugged that's how it is suppose to work.
