Another Option to Consider for Future Updates
Perhaps I missed it in all my searching, please forgive me if I have! And do, KINDLY, redirect me to the thread that mentions the following:
When I made my Ranger, I fell in love with the long, curly hair with the purple flowers at the crown, but after she was created and existed in Tyria-I noticed that her hair looked...errr...(for lack of a better word) STUPID with her cape. It's not that it didn't coordinate-it just looked like the cape had been cut out around the hair...I could see her armor under the cape at the edges of her hair. Being only lvl 1 at the time, I deleted her with no remorse and remade her with the shorter "pigtails" hairstyle.
Now that we can toggle the capes, I almost find myself wishing that I hadn't customized her bows-because I believe I'd delete her (being level 20, ascended with perfectly dyed forge armour and having beaten the last mission in the game) just to pick another, cooler hair style that I like more. To me, a character's physical appearance is the most important thing upon creation-you can change everything else (primary profession ties in with appearance).
I'd like a "Change Apperance" option within the game. Obviously, one cannot alter their skin tone or facial structure, but changing hair color and style would be so convenient! It may cost something to change, you may be able to change only so many times within a day, a week, or a lifetime. You may only be able to change in special cities on the continent, but it's an option I'd love to see implemented.

I agree. I just want a complete "Edit Character Option." I have a warrior character that I created on a whim more or less for storage space. Wel, unbeknown to me, my husband started playing with her and now she is ascended. But the poor thing has this goofball name that I picked randomly off of something sitting on my desk. And likewise, I have bad hair day issues with some of my characters as well and would like the ability to alter them.

Another Thing I would like to see is the Catacombs Reopened. I know my friends along with myself really miss them. I mean it does not have to be just like the old Catacombs but add on to it expand it.

Minimally changing hair color and hair style on a couple of my characters would be great. I'd love to be able to do that. I'd go further to say that it would be also nice that once you picked a hair style, you had RGB sliders to edit your hair color to get it just how you'd like it. Was wishing for the latter the since minute I made my very first character and the former the minute I clicked OK.

Heck, why not also give the option for name changes? I've wished for that every now and then myself.

Won't happen. Would increase the amount of scamming that goes on. (Official statement by ANet.)
Though I most definitely would love to be able to alter the physical appearance at any time (even if I have to pay 2k).

My W/Mo is fine as he is, but recently I've been wanting to have my lvl20/Ascended/etc ranger to be female... I've realised they look so much cooler than male rangers....

I like the looks on my chars, but it gets tiresome to look at the same thing all the time.
