I just had this interesting idea... well, at least I think so. Here goes:

Though it is absolutely normal that you can only cary so many items at once, why is there a limit on the storage? The shared storage should stay small, as it should only be a way to transport stuff from one slot to another. On the other hand, I feel there should be a personal storage, only for that character, in which you can keep way more stuff. Maybe include something that you can buy slots of storage or something?

I do a lot of farming, and I just can't deposit all my stuff! Of course, I do have a rather rare problem. I'm obsessed with armor. I don't feel happy unless I have at least 4 sets for each char. For example: My warrior has 3 1.5K sets, and 2 15K sets. I carry those on me all the time. I also have 4 weapon sets, depending on what I need (I change them a lot during the fight). The result is that when I go into an explorable area/mission and fight, I have to make a selection of which loot to throw away and which to keep. The longer the mission, the bigger the problem. I could of course prepare for it by putting all non-essential items in storage. But my storage is already full of dyes and crafting materials. Do I have to sell them under their value just so I can get my loot?

People say the Guild Wars economy is going downhill. There is too much gold around. So they create money hosers, like 15K armor. But what's the point if those who buy it can't put it anywhere? My armor and weapons for each char take up 31 slots. There should be something I can do with all that stuff?

But again, here's my take.

Storage? Yes. More? Yes. Storage>Kidneys? YUP.

Give more storage space, either for an additional like dollar purchase to unlock more slots, or have quests unlocking it in game called "The Packrat" or something.

We just need more space.

The xunlai storage holds so little it hardly deserves to be called storage. it's more just a locker you use to pass items between chars

Well it doesn't make any sense to be able to hold more on yourself than in storage. We do need more storage.

I agree. The Xunlai has this huge chest, and it can't carry as much as the invisble backpack we all wear.

Entirely. The Xunlai storage box should be 20 times the size, and I would not object to having to pay for this (in GW money of course, in case anyone was wondering).

also, when i first realized storage was shared between characters, i was really kind of pissed. this means that each character really only gets 5 slots worth of storage (assuming they devide it evenly) because of it's small space, i find storage is ONLY usefully for transfering things between characters, and not storing anything at all.

buying additional storage ftw.

i have a full account, and i keep having to store stuff on my characters, and sometimes if forget i have ths stuff, and buy doubles...

more storage pleeassee.
