I would like to have the ability to have a 'personal target' key. What I mean is when I'm on a team where I am assigned to a particular target, I can target him much like you do with the team target, then I could move off that target briefly, and hit the personal target key to get back to him (much like hitting T takes you to the team's target). It takes too much time right now if I switch off that target, to cycle through all the enemies to find him again. This would be utilized greatlly in pvp.

I totally agree with this idea. Having hotkeys to target enemies would be a great addition.

I'd take it even further. I would like to see enemy target control mapping the same way its setup for party members. Each key could be mapped to target each enemy based on number. I would find this a huge help when I'm playing mesmer and I need to keep track of 2-3 targets. There is always some down time between when I'm tabbing through the targets looking for #7 or #8.

This would be a huge help in pvp so I wouldnt have to tab between targets or look around trying to find them on the map. Sometimes, different party members have to switch to different targets and using the target function isn't quite enough. I think this would add a whole new level of skill and coordination to the game and make things much more efficient.

If we're getting into hotkeys, I want one for each team member!
As a monk, I hate having to use the mouse all the time to click on party member names in the party box. And I enjoy the scenery so there's no way in hell I'm making the box bigger than it needs to be.
But I get the wrong person once in a while if I'm clicking and healing in a fast-paced scenario where 3+ people are taking damage.

you can set these yourself (mine are set to the coresponding numbers on the numpad)

i like the idea, but would be kinda cheap in pvp... so im not sure about it

Yeah, it's already there.I have mine set to 7-4-1-8-5-2-9-6, for all 8 party members. It's nice.
