Selecting Minions sometimes difficult
I would like to see minions treated more like NPC's when I press the ALT key. When I am running my Death/Minion setup I have a hard time getting Death Nova on the appropriate minions quickly enough. Trying to mouseover during battle trying to select a minion, i often select the enemy, rather than one of my minions. It would be nice to be able to hold ALT and see the minions' names and maybe even their health bars (which I am sure would be too cluttered with a large army) so I can select them a bit more quickly.
Anyone else have this problem or a solution to my problem?

This is EXACTLY why Death Nova isn't on my skill bar!
I try to build and maintain the largest possible minion army, which means I am constantly raising new babies and healing the ones I have. I just don't have the time to locate the weak ones, select them and cast DN on them.
If there was a faster/easier way to do this, I would use Death Nova. Period.
It's purely an interface issue, not a skill choice.

nah
instead of using death nova,on your minions,it would be smarter to be a nec/mo or nec/ra to use heal area,or healing spring to heal your minions(*note*other 2 healing minion spells also)

another option is having a max of 6 melee minions, casting death nova on all of them, sending them out and spamming taste of death.
good spike damage...

I got to argee with you mortalis doleo. But I don't use taste of death. And I only use death nove on horrors, and not fiends. To me there are two ways that I use death nova. And both ways work good for me.
1)When I'm with a group (players or henchmen) and we get close enough(just outside of my aggro range), then I cast death nova.
2)Or if in the middle of a battle with a mob. And I'm about to animate a horror, I keep my arrow on the corpse. After the horror is made, I click on that horror, then cast death nova.

tbh... death nova is also effective to cast on warriors who are about to die.
like an iway tainted necro, you use death nova, and when he dies use putrid.
but for pve i prefer the minion spike using nova...

A shame there isn't a way to select the enemy/creature/ally/member with the lowest or highest health.
