Default Monk Censor Armor ?

How does everyone feel about the Monk Censor armor the way it looks?I don't see a lot of players useing it most of the time it is Wanderers or Asthetics.I do see a few of them wearing it but not as much as what I mentioned however I do see a lot of players wearing the 15K Judges.I would like to ask as I have seen other professions armor amd Necromancers are more similiar to Monks does the Censor armor look a little drabby to you and could it use improvement especailly the 1.5K version.
