Before i say anything I want to say this is just a suggestion.

1.This suggestion is only for 1 person and the rest hench in a group, unless someone could come up with a idea for multiple people mixed with hench in a group.
Anyways the suggestion is that the player could veiw all drops that the hench collect during the run you are in, and be able to purchase the dropped items from the hench that they have collected.

2.Be able to set up your hench with the skill set you want them have.Now mind you the only skills you could choose from would be the same skills you can get or purchase from a certain area.
Please dont take this suggestion out of context and start flaming.
I hope everyone that reads this dont get the idea that I mean you can equip any skill in game at pre-searing. you know what I am talking about.

Please give your opinions on these 2 suggestions

I disagree with your first suggestion. People would just farm with henchmen, seeing as you can buy green items from them for little to nothing. No one would farm together, because with henchies they can buy for a couple hundered gold what they got.

For your second one, I also disagree. This way people can't say they screwed up because the henchmen were set up badly. The henchmen are an absolute, and should not be changeable.

wow i like how you assume i meant little or nothing gold for a green item. gj on jumping to conclusions.

this is by no means a get rich quick suggestion.

1.This was intended for people that dont really want to pug up, but at the same time dont want to spend all there time with hench and get little to nothing drop wise.
And since you may have a prob with certain poeple just doing it to try to make a quick buck. Anet could set a limit to be able to only purchase one weapon drop from all hench, and no I do not mean one weapon from each hench I mean one weapon from each run.

2.What i meant from this suggestion was that ppl would have the option
to change the skill bar for each hench in his/her group. This alone would give the player exp in how to play a multitude of charrs, and see what skills go good with others skills, and how he/she could set up there team to complement each other.
You never know something like that may cut down on the n00bs in pvp arenas.
