Shard Storm needs to be made better?
I play a water Ele PvP build (usually as a hex stacker) but the damage is really handy, with Ice Spear, Ice Spikes and Mind Freeze all doing a nice amount of damage, as well as the later 2 causing hexes, great for covering mesmer or Necro hexes, and in combination with Soul Barbs doing some okay damage.
The problem is Shard Storm, it really isn't all that good compared to the other spells, it's damage at 16 water magic is 69 (same as Ice Spear) and it costs 10 energy and has a 10 second recharge time. I really think that increasing the damage on this to the level of Ice Spikes (around 86 I think) would make this skill worth taking.
I probably haven't described this well at all actually, it may take someone that uses/ has used water skills before to know what I'm talking about...

Ice Spear has range limitations and Shard Storm is slowing (which is important). Ice spikes is 5 more energy, 5 seconds longer recharge and a significantly longer cast. Seems about right to me since water is more utility than damage.

But Hydromancers are very much underused, and maybe something like this, I mean, its only a small beef of 17 dmg, could push Hydromancers to being more useful rather than underated and underappreciated.
