I am getting increasingly more frustrated by scammers and griefers when playing in or trying to enter the UW or FoW. Firstly, there are the people who form a party to collect the entrance fee from the rest of the team before promptly vanishing, I still can't believe that people will go to the trouble of doing this for such a small ammout of money but it does happen, a lot.

What I propose is a change to the party formation system whereby the party leader can decide if they want to either pay the entrace fee outright themselves or have it split equally between all party members and then the fee is auto deducted on entrance to the UW/FoW so that no money passes through any other player's hands.

The second one that really annoys me and is putting me going into the UW at all is people who deliberatly take multiple quests that spawn so many creatures that it's impossible to continue. I understand that some people might think that they can take the quests and keep them in their log for later as you can throught most of the PvE world, but it seems that most people who do it are just griefing, time after time I have got to the first reaper in the UW and all of a sudden all 3 quests are triggered and someone promptly leaves or nobody owns up to doing it.
What I would like to see is a voting system for areas like this, where a box would appear and players can vote on which single quest they want the party to take.
Another idea would be to announce any quest aquisitions in the chat window, that way if we see something along the lines of this-

Player X Accepted Escort souls
Player X Accepted Unwanted Guests
Player X Accepted Restore monuments
Player Y: WTF
Player X: lol
Player X has left the game

It might discourage them from doing it if everyone can see who it was and also it would enable people to take screenies and report them to Anet.

I like the idea of voting before taking the quest. The first idea of split payment before going into fow, is not needed. Like 75% of the times I have been to fow, we decided before intering if the payment was split or if the leader should pay it all. And by the was 1000gold is nothing.

And now you know why there are so many invici-monks and a lot of soloers or those that will play with only henchies in the game or just a few choice friends or aquaintances they have met that actually know how to play. There are just too many IGMO's in the game world (notice I said in the game world and not "playing the game".) And for those that don't know what IGMO's are they are ignorant morons, noob is too kind for these types.

Get to the 4x4 random arena and notice all the IGMO's there. They don't bring a rez, or they bring REVIVE or REBIRTH with no attribute points into healing/protection prayers lol, they don't focus on called targets and they just royally suk like most IGMO's.
