That would defeat the whole purpose of customization. It would make far more sense to just ask for the removal of customization altogether.

Actually, I do believe the ANet staff has also said they don't agree with it. Wouldn't expect to see this anytime soon...

I did have a post on customization on account instead of Character... that way it was transferable to other builds... BUT alas that too was deified.. The basic rule is don't customize until you have something you plan on keeping for the life of that build... Especially if its a ultra rare item. Or if you can afford to get rid of it later with little to no loss...
