Guild Emblem Contests
Some MMORPGs have screenshot of the week/month or fanart of the week/month contests.
Perhaps have a guild emblem of the month drawing contest? It'll go into rotation till the next guild emblem of the month. This would make it so that guilds some guilds would end up with unique capes and everyone elses wouldn't all look so similiar. |
